3. Use License
Permission is granted to temporarily access the materials on Sphere AI's website for personal, non-commercial transitory viewing only. This is the grant of a license, not a transfer of title.

Payment terms are established in individual service agreements. All fees are due as specified in your agreement. Late payments may result in service suspension and additional fees.
5. Intellectual Property
Upon full payment, clients receive ownership of their website content and design. Sphere AI retains the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless otherwise agreed in writing.
6. Limitation of Liability
Sphere AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services or inability to use our services.
